Reformer Pilates Group
Controlled work on the reformer focused on core, posture and flexibility, in small groups of up to 6 people. The heart of the Yalıkavak reformer Pilates experience.
Reformer Pilates Group classes are small-group sessions of up to 6 people on the reformer, a machine that works with spring resistance. Thanks to the small group size, the instructor closely follows each participant's alignment and movement quality.
The session begins with breathing and core activation, continues with footwork, arm series, and hip and spinal mobility blocks, and ends with stretching. Resistance is adjusted to each person, so beginners and advanced participants can work at their own pace in the same class.
Because the reformer works the deep muscles without straining the joints, it is ideal for anyone who wants to stay in shape and improve their posture. Places are limited, so we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
